Refund or Return will only occur if:

The wrong item was sent. The item is defective. The item was damaged in shipping. You can claim refund within 7 days from date of item(s) delivered to you.

In case of refund the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s). Please note that cash refunds will only be given on damaged articles if a fresh item is not available. We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are being dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged article, they can ask for a full cash refund by emailing us on support@revoxleather.com.

You can cancel your order before delivery is processed. After you receive the tracking number it will be not possible to cancel the order. Refunds/Cancellation will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 3-7 working days depending on the mode of payment that the customer used. On cancellation 25% payment would deduct.

CLEARANCE & SALES ITEMS

Please note that the clearance & sale items will not be refunded. Clearance items will not be exchanged for another size or product. Please note that cash refund will not be issued on the items on sale and clearance. On sale and clearance items, a voucher for the same value will be issued that you can use on any other item.
